We had decided it was time to sell as we wanted to “upsize” from our current home. We were looking for a real estate agent with experience and honesty. We met Yuki through a friend and felt immediately comfortable with her.
What surprised you the most about the selling process?
We were surprised by the amount of potential buyers that were excited about our older home!
How did Yuki help you prepare your home to sell?
Yuki offered advice to help make our home’s exterior appealing to buyers. Yuki and the MA Properties team were very accommodating to work with and made sure the photos for the website represented the home beautifully and represented all it had to offer; such as a public playground near our home and a shed for extra storage.
Yuki also priced the home right, which stood out to potential buyers!
What was the most challenging part of the selling process?
Any delays required by the potential buyer made us a bit nervous, but Yuki’s calm manner helped ease our tensions!
When it came time to review offers, Yuki made a very nice Excel table that summarized all the key parameters. This really helps you put all the details on the table to compare and decide which offer is best for you.

What is your top selling tip?
When making an informed decision about the listing price of your home, take the time to discuss the matter with your agent to arrive at the “right sell price” for you. And, take advantage of the MA Properties database, and what it has to offer.
