I am working as a Solution Consultant in the Networking industry and my husband is a Software Engineer in the Financial domain. We are blessed with two lovely kids. I like nature observation while my husband is an avid cricket fan. We both complement each other in many ways.

Why MAProperties Real Estate?

When we started looking for a new house we began to research who should be our real estate agent to sell our current house. We went on the MA Properties website and reviewed the selling process documents. Based on recent sales and the lead time that Dani takes to sell a property, she has a very good track record of selling a home in a reasonable time frame. And, based on our research, we know that she can get us the right price for selling our home, versus listing it at the wrong price so it remains on the market for a while. 

We also had some thoughts when pricing the home, and when Dani presented her Market Analysis of what she thought our home was worth,  it was right around what we thought. At that moment, we knew we were going to go with her.



What surprised you the most about the selling process?

Actually nothing stood out or surprised us, Dani had given us a detailed explanation of the process, and everything was well planned out, organized, and implemented. A few months prior to selling our home, we started to clean it out, and Dani recommended what we should concentrate on to enhance the property. She then took a video for the Staging Coordinator to come up with a staging plan. Everything from staging to closing went exactly as we expected. We liked the fact that it was so well organized, it was not chaotic or sporadic, it was well planned and implemented. We especially liked the professionalism of all the team member’s.


What is the most challenging part of the selling process?

With Covid especially, and the weather, we were a little concerned how long it would take to sell our home. We were not really concerned if this was the right time as we were in a situation where we did not have a choice about the timing. We just needed to sell. The virtual open house concept was also very good, buyers were able to view the home safely online and schedule private showing appointments.  


What is your top selling tip?

We have a couple of tips:

  • Do the proper research when selecting a real estate agent.

  • Utilize the MA Properties Real Estate App which kept us updated on the status of our home, otherwise we would feel anxious as to what is going on with buyer tours and interest in our house. The App is very useful, we know the traffic coming to the house, and we can utilize feedback and comments.
