Dani and Marcus at MA Properties Real Estate are fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! We were first time homebuyers when we first met Dani and Marcus. Dani showed great patience in explaining the whole process of buying a house. Dani took us all over the place and taught us so much about houses. We eventually found a place in Winchester which was perfect for our needs. A few years later we started a family and needed a bigger place. Without hesitation we asked Dani and Marcus to help sell the place in Winchester and buy our new place. The new place was a bit more difficult as we lost multiple bids but Dani and Marcus kept our spirits high and we finally landed a place in Lynnfield. Selling a house is a daunting enough task. Downsizing from more than 2500 sq ft to less than 1000 sq ft living space seemed an impossible task to me.

From the beginning, Dani had been very understanding and guided me through the whole process. She was very patient, gave me some tips and suggestions, and reiterated the fact that everything was up to me from pricing (she did a thorough market research) to timing (when I was ready) to choosing the buyer. She and her team were always in the background guiding me.
