Walking into the main house, you are greeted by a beautiful, curved staircase leading you up to the main living area. The living, kitchen, and dining areas open to breathtaking ocean views. Take a seat inside or on the large balcony and watch the waves crash along the shore.  

Just off the great room you have the spacious cook’s kitchen completely equipped with everything a gourmet chef may need.

Just off the other side of the great room you will find the luxurious primary suite with a king bed and a cozy sofa. Wake up to stunning sunrises and watching the dolphins swimming along the seashore. The en-suite bathroom features a beautiful infinity tub and large walk-in shower. Escape and unwind in this ultra-deep and private retreat. With a continuous flow of water cascading over the sides, the soaking infinity bath offers whole-body immersion. Passing the bathroom is a large dressing room with ample amounts of space to store all your outfits.

To the right of the great room is a beautiful mahogany adorned office/library that provides the perfect work from anywhere space for those last-minute Zoom calls that just can’t wait.

The main house features 3 additional en-suite bedrooms - in total this property can sleep 15 guests.

Head back down to the entry level for a quick workout in the homes fitness center featuring a Schwinn bike, a Bow flex max trainer, dumbbells, exercise balls, and a folding massage table. As a bonus the fitness center features an attached full bathroom with a premium steam shower.

Finishing off the entry level is a truly unique feature for this home, a private movie theater! The theater features a huge projector screen, a wet bar, and 8 microfiber reclining chairs, each of which provides the perfect view of the big screen. With the included Roku streaming device, you are sure to  find the entertainment available for a cozy night in.

Another unique feature of this property is the adjoining guest house located just across the portico from the main entrance. The guest house offers privacy away from the rest of the house with its own kitchenette and 2 additional suites. The bedrooms each feature their own en-suite bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom features a cozy king bed and the second bedroom features 2 plush full-sized beds.

The basement features an additional living area, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a 1,000 bottle wine cellar. The climate-controlled wine cellar also features direct access to the theater and is ready to hold all your favorite varietals!

Outside through the portico, the ultimate in relaxation awaits! Enjoy a cool dip on hot summer days in the private infinity pool, surrounded by ocean views and lush greenery. Attached to the pool is a large 6-person spa with complimentary heating year-round. The infinity pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen with a brand-new grill and beverage fridge next to a teak wood table set for 6.
