Frequently Asked Questions

1 - What does it mean that this is a private road? The town takes care of snow removal, trash and recycling pickup. Any repair or paving of the road is taken care of by the abutters. There is no HOA or existing fund. Road is in excellent condition so will not need repair or to be redone for a long time. One benefit of living on a private road is that overnight parking is permitted. 

2 - Where is the back of the property? The property extends to the road behind the property. The back fence has a gate opening to a path that zigzags through raised beds down to the bottom of the hill.

3 - Where are the propane tanks? They are hidden behind the fence in the front of the property. Accessible from the street.

4 - What are the utility costs?  We do not know. The seller has never lived in the home.

5 - I heard this is an estate sale. Will there be any delays for closing? No, the home is vacant and the seller can close anytime.

6 - What is a cedar closet? Cedar protects your wool clothing and blankets from moths.
