Real Estate Agent

We're looking our next Rockstar agent to join our team.  

The perfect agent for us is someone who has at least 6 months experience and who wants to take their business to the next level. You need to be flexible with your time as it often (ok, always) involves weekend, weekday and weeknight work - but being in a team means that you have support and assistance all around you!  

Ongoing training is provided in a fun and collaborative environment. 

We care about our team so we want the right 'fit'.

Marketing coordinator

Immediate job opening for a marketing coordinator to work for a Leading Edge real estate team. Probably 30-40 hours a week depending on the season. It’s an hourly rate position with flexible hours and some ability to work from home. Seeking an ambitious, outgoing and enthusiastic team member who knows what customer service is all about, engaging people via social media and publications, editing videos and has a flair for graphic design. This person will represent us and needs to dress appropriately and communicate well. Organizational abilities are critical in this role. There’s a lot going on so be ready to work and have a great time doing so. Oddly enough it is a stressful position because deadlines for clients must be met. We are hiring immediately. Need an extraordinarily responsible, detail oriented, on-time type of person who would thrive being a key member of a team.

Duties will include:

  • Implement a detailed social media strategy with goals to increase social media engagement and effectiveness
  • Develop online community presence on different social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, youtube, Linkedin
  • Assist in the development of video, editing and deployment of videos the team creates
  • Manage email, web and electronic marketing promotions and incentives to grow leads
  • Develop and build brand awareness
  • Act as the online ‘face’ of our company by interacting with our online community
  • Have social media/blogging/writing experience
  • Define, develop and execute social media programs and best practices
  • Experiment and implement new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
  • Email campaigns to promote engagement with our website
  • Enhancement and setup of social media profiles (custom bios, emails, website content)
  • Coordinate multiple Town Day participation
  • Conceptualize new print marketing efforts
  • Annual review of team marketing materials
  • Attend weekly team meetings


We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

  • Video/Photo editing skills
  • Proficient in social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram
  • Must be a multi tasker with excellent time management skills
  • An EXCELLENT idea person who can implement these excellent ideas
  • Graphic design skills
  • Create copy for various outreach and branding opportunities
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
